Zonka Feedback's Pipedrive Integration enables you to send Personalized emails, automated follow-ups surveys once you make changes in your Pipedrive CRM. Zonka Feedback accounts to automatically send Surveys to customers after closing a deal or updating a deal and add new a contact to Pipedrive CRM based on new Survey Responses.

Setting up the Pipedrive Integration with Zonka Feedback
Choose a Survey from Survey List View and head to the Integrations tab from the top navigation.
Click on 'Connect' in Pipedrive.
Next, you will see the Pipedrive Integrations Detail Page and click on 'Connect to Pipedrive' to connect your Zonka Feedback Account.
You’ll be redirected to your Pipedrive account. If you're not logged in, you will have to log in at this step.
Once chosen, you will see an Authorization Screen. Click on 'Allow' to give permission to Zonka Feedback to access your Pipedrive account.
Now, Zonka Feedback and Pipedrive are connected successfully.
Create a new Deal in Pipedrive from Zonka survey response
With the Pipedrive and Zonka Feedback Integration, you can create a new deal for all the new Survey Responses. This is extremely handy as it eliminates your need to check new Survey Responses on the Zonka Feedback platform or via Email.
This integration enables you to map the responses to your deal. Once you have enabled the toggle, click on the mapping and follow the steps below,
To begin with, the mapping, give it a name in 'Mapping Name' which is user-friendly and which helps you easily identify the mapping.
Next, choose the Pipeline & Stage from the dropdown. This dropdown will have all the existing stages of your Pipedrive CRM from your account. The stage you decide is where your deal would be created.
Once you've selected the stage of the deal, you can now Select Conditions. If these conditions are met, the Survey Responses will be mapped to Pipedrive, else won't be. If you'd like to sync all the Survey Responses, then you can leave this blank without adding any filters.
You can have a combination of either 'All' or 'Any' conditions to set your criteria.
After you have set the condition for mapping, you now choose the title of the deal from the drop-down. You would get a list of survey questions for your deal title.
Next, you can Map the Fields. Here all the questions of your Zonka Feedback Survey will be displayed on one side and corresponding to it the Constant Contact List fields will be displayed. You can select the Constant Contact List fields that you'd like to map. This means the data from Zonka Feedback Survey Response will get added to the corresponding Pipedrive fields.
Note: The email address is a mandatory field that gets mapped.
If you don't wish to map some fields, you can leave them blank.
Once done, click on 'Save' to save your Mapping Name, List, Conditions, and Mapping.
Your mapping will now be done and for your responses deals would get created in Pipedrive automatically. Get super-organized and close deals in less time with this option.
Trigger a Zonka Survey based on the Deal status
Zonka Feedback's Integration with Pipedrive allows you to send Email surveys to prospects or customers. This is extremely handy and a very important way to analyze your customer's satisfaction level with your services.
Once your Pipedrive and Zonka Feedback accounts are connected, Enable the 'Trigger a Zonka Survey' option.
You can then choose based on 'Deal' creation or update. Then you can add conditions to that event by selecting the object, operator and value for it.
These conditions could be included as ANY or ALL.
Then you can choose when do you want to trigger the email, Send Surveys immediately a deal is won/lost or after a delay of a specified time, Immediately or After 1 day or After 1 week or After 2 weeks or After 1 month or you can have your custom date range chosen.
For example, When an active prospect makes a purchase and you mark the deal as 'Won' at 10:00 am on 1st December. If you choose,
Immediately - The Email survey is immediately triggered at 10:00m on 1st December.
After 1 day - The email survey is triggered at 10:00m on 2nd December.
After 1 month - The email survey is triggered at 10:00m on 31st December.
Custom - The email survey is triggered after the set number of days.
Click on 'Save' and your automation has been successfully added.
Throttling automatically ensures that the same person, identified by their email address or mobile number, isn’t sent a Zonka Feedback Survey more than once in a set time period.
When you enable, Ignore Throttling, Email surveys will be sent every time for repeat customers.
When you don't enable, Ignore Throttling, Email surveys will not be sent every time for repeat customers.
Note: You can track all the email addresses you have sent from Zonka Feedback. To access, Navigate to Distribute > Emails > You find 'Show Email Logs' at the bottom or if you are logged in to your Zonka Feedback, click here to view your logs. Know more about Email logs.
Sync back responses in Pipedrive
With this integration, All ratings and responses will be pushed to the relevant deal in a form of a note. You're able to see the following information,
CX Metrics (if being measured in the Survey): This includes NPS, CES, and CSAT Scores.
Survey Response with all Survey Questions and their corresponding Responses.
Link to survey response: This will take you directly to the Response Detail in your Zonka Feedback Account.
Note: To sync all your responses, make sure your trigger emails toggle is enabled.
Removing Pipedrive Integration
Anytime you want to remove the Pipedrive Integration, you can do so easily. Here's how.
Go to Surveys > Integrations > Pipedrive
Scroll down to the bottom and click on the link 'Remove Integration'. The Integration would be removed.
You can connect your Pipedrive Account anytime later if you want to reconnect it.
FAQs: Pipedrive integration with Zonka Feedback
Can I create custom fields and map my responses?
No, you can't create custom fields in Zonka Feedback. By default, we have 6 fields that are mapped for your convenience. The 6 fields are,
New Organisation Name
New Person Email
New Person Phone
New Person Name
Can I set up workflows based on my score?
Yes, you can as we have the ability to store the score in Pipedrive's field, we can do some automation.
For example - We can set different actions to deals with low/high scores on Zonka Feedback. You can do this by going into your Pipedrive account > Settings > Workflow automation and creating a new workflow. Know more about the Pipedrive automation process.
Can I track my emails?
Yes, you can have a track of the email addresses getting triggered from Zonka Feedback. We have a complete view of all the emails you have sent and their corresponding status. Know more about Email logs.
Can I connect multiple Pipedrive accounts to the same Survey?
Yes, you can connect to different Stores for the same Survey. However, at any given time only one of these would be connected and active. The remaining accounts are saved and would be inactive.
Ensure that the correct store is connected to send an Email survey to your customers.
Can I get Pipedrive integration under a professional plan?
