How to Add a Mobile Number Question
To add a Mobile Number field to your survey:
Go to the Survey Hub and select the survey you want to edit.
Navigate to the Build section.
From the Question Types Panel, choose Mobile Number under the Contact Information category.
Drag and drop the Mobile Number question type into your survey.
Click on the field to edit the label, for example: “Enter your phone number”
