Where to use Full Name

  • Lead generation surveys

How to Add a Full Name Question

To add a Full Name field into your survey:

  • Go to the Survey Hub and open the survey you want to edit.

  • Navigate to the Build section.

  • From the Question Types Panel, find and select Full Name under the Contact Information category.

  • Drag and drop the Full Name field into your survey.

  • Click on the field to edit the question label, for example: “Please enter your full name”.

Customization options

  • Question Label: Change the text to fit your survey context

  • Make Required: Ensure the name field must be completed before submission

  • Placeholders: Display hint text inside input boxes (e.g., “First Name”, “Last Name”)

Things to keep in mind

  • Responses are stored as two separate fields: first name and last name
