How to Add a Rating 7 Emotions Question

To insert a 7-point emotional rating question into your survey:

  • Go to the Survey Hub and select the survey you want to edit.

  • Open the Build section.

  • In the Question Types Panel, locate and select Rating 7 Emotions under the CX Metrics or Ratings category.

  • Drag and drop the Rating 7 Emotions question into your survey.

  • Click on the question to edit the question label (e.g., “How did you feel about today’s support experience?”).


Customization options

  • Emojis: Use default 7-point emoji scale or customize icons
