How to Add a Rating 5 Scale Question

To add a 5-point rating question to your survey:

  • Go to the Survey Hub and open the survey you want to edit.

  • Enter the Build section.

  • In the Question Types Panel, locate Rating 5 Scale under the CX Metrics or Ratings category.

  • Drag and drop the Rating 5 Scale question into your survey.

  • Click on the question to edit your question label (e.g., “How satisfied are you with our service?”) and customize the scale options.
