The Rating 4 Scale question type allows you to collect even-point feedback where respondents choose one of four options — removing a neutral middle and encouraging a clear opinion. It’s ideal for measuring satisfaction, agreement, or quality when you want decisive responses.

Use Rating 4 Scale when:

  • You want to avoid neutral responses

  • You’re measuring satisfaction or agreement

  • You need a balanced but forced-choice scale

📌 Rating 4 Scale is available on all Zonka Feedback plans.
