What is a Legal Terms question?
It shows a statement or block of text with a required checkbox for consent
Respondents must check the box to proceed if marked required
It is not meant to capture open-text input or feedback

How to Add a Legal Terms Question
To add a Legal Terms or disclaimer to your survey:
Go to the Survey Hub and open the survey you want to modify.
Enter the Build section.
In the Question Types Panel, find the Legal Terms question type under the Input or Information category.
Drag and drop the Legal Terms question into your survey canvas.
Click the question to add your legal statement or link to your privacy policy.
Customization options
Consent Text: Add terms, disclaimers, or links (use markdown or HTML for formatting)
Checkbox Label: Customize the label (e.g., “I agree to the terms and conditions”)
Make it Required: Ensure users must check it before proceeding
Display Link: Link to external documents or open in a new tab
