What is a Ranking question?

How to Add a Ranking Question

To insert a Ranking question into your survey, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Survey Hub and open the survey you want to edit.

  • Navigate to the Build section of the survey.

  • In the Question Types Panel on the left, find the Ranking question under the Choices category.

  • Drag and drop the Ranking question into your survey canvas.

  • Click on the question to edit the label and add your list of items for respondents to rank.


Customization options

  • Question Label: e.g., “Rank the features most important to you”

  • Add Items: Add as many items as needed for ranking

  • Set as Required: Ensure users must complete ranking before moving ahead
