How to Add a Checkbox Question
To add a Checkbox question to your survey:
Go to the Survey Hub and select the survey you'd like to edit.
In the Build section, open the Question Types Panel on the left.
Under the Choices category, select Checkbox.
Drag and drop the Checkbox question into your survey canvas at the desired position.
Click on the question to edit the label and start configuring the options.
Configuring Your Checkbox Options
After inserting the Checkbox question, you can customize it with the following:
Edit the Question Text (e.g., "Which of our services have you used?")
Add Options by typing each choice and pressing Enter.
Reorder or delete options using drag handles and trash icons.
Set as Required to ensure at least one option is selected.
Add Help Text to provide additional instructions or context below the question.
