How to Add a Radio Button Question
To add a Radio Button question to your survey, follow these steps:
Go to the Survey Hub from the main navigation.
Select the survey you want to edit from the list.
In the Build section of the survey, open the Question Types Panel on the left.
Under the Choices category, select Radio Button.
Drag and drop the Radio Button question into your survey or click to insert it in the desired place.
Click on the question to open its customization settings.
