With white-labeling support for SMS Surveys, you can now fully brand the surveys under your own company name, hiding Zonka Feedback's branding from the survey links, SMS header ID, and the "From" number or sender ID when sending SMS surveys.
The white-labeling feature allows you to customize the sender ID before distributing the Zonka Feedback surveys via SMS. You can create an alphanumeric text of up to 11 characters, which represents your company, and this will be displayed as the 'From' address for SMS surveys triggered from Zonka Feedback.
To set up SMS Survey white-labeling, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Settings section from the left sidebar.
Select SMS Surveys > SMS Sender ID.
Create an alphanumeric sender ID of up to 11 characters. For example, TM-ZONKAF
Some countries may require pre-registration of the desired sender ID. The Sender ID feature is restricted to a number of countries and you would need a pre-registration for setting this feature.
Enter the sender ID and click 'Save'.
Take a look at the list of countries that support non-pre-registered Alphanumeric Sender IDs.
