Sending Recurring Digest Reports to Slack

With the Slack and Zonka Feedback Integration, you can send a scheduled digest of your survey's scores directly to Slack Channels and Users. Instead of tracking every individual response, your team receives a recurring digest of how the survey is performing — daily, weekly, or monthly.

This is very useful when you want your teams and leadership to stay on top of CX metrics like NPS, CES, and CSAT, along with AI-analyzed sentiment signals, without logging into the Zonka Feedback platform.

What can you include in your Digest Report?

Scores to include — choose one or more CX metric summaries based on what your survey measures:

  • Net Promoter Score summary — NPS score, plus the split of promoters, passives & detractors

  • Customer Effort Score summary — Average effort score & easy-vs-hard split

  • Customer Satisfaction summary — Overall CSAT & satisfied-vs-unsatisfied split

Show Sentiment data — include AI-analyzed signals from open-text answers in your digest. When enabled, you can choose which signals to include:

  • Intent — What customers want to do next, such as churn, renew, escalate, or recommend

  • Emotion — The emotional tone of responses, such as happy, frustrated, angry, or delighted

  • Urgency — How time-sensitive each response is — high, medium, or low

Channel & Users — the Slack Channels and Slack Users you'd like to send the Digest Report to.

Frequency & Reporting period — how often the digest is sent, and what data each digest covers:

  • Daily — sent every day. Choose the Reporting period:

    • Yesterday — covers the previous day

    • Last 7 days — includes data from the rolling 7-day period before each delivery date

    • Last 30 days — includes data from the rolling 30-day period before each delivery date

  • Weekly — sent every week on the day you choose (e.g., Monday). Choose the Reporting period:

    • Calendar week — covers the last complete Monday–Sunday week

    • Last 7 days — includes data from the rolling 7-day period before each delivery date

  • Monthly — sent every month on the date you choose (e.g., 1st). Choose the Reporting period:
