Send Options and setting Reminder in Email Surveys

Sending email surveys can be configured however not all times do our customers give us the feedback on the first go. Just to make sure that the we send reminders to them but not spamming them, we have “Send Options”. To configure the same, please follow the below steps:

  1. After adding the recipients, you can either Send Now i.e, send the survey right away or you can schedule it by clicking on 'Send Later.'

  2. Send Later would enable the date and time box where you can schedule the survey time to be sent. 

  3. You can also, send Reminder Email by enabling 'Reminder On'

  4. The “Subject” cannot be edited would remain 'Reminder: We'd love your opinion'

  5. You can add the message for the reminder which would be displayed as the Body of the reminder email. This is completely customizable. 

  6. Then configure how many times would you want this reminder to be sent: Either 1 time or 2 times. 

  7. As the last step of configuration choose after how many days would you like this email to be sent. You can choose between 1-7 days.
