Setting up the Shopify Integration with Zonka Feedback
Choose a Survey from Survey List View and head to the Integrations tab from the top navigation.
Click on 'Connect' in Shopify
Next, you will see the Shopify Integrations Detail Page where you enter your Shopify Store domain name and click on 'Connect to Shopify' to connect your Zonka Feedback Account.
Youโll be redirected to Shopify. If you're not logged in, you will have to log in at this step.
Once chosen, you will see an Authorization Screen. Click on 'Allow' to give permission to Zonka Feedback to access your Shopify store.
Youโll be directed back to Zonka Feedback. Now you can enable Shopify to Send Email Surveys based on various conditions.
To install the Zonka Feedback app in your Shopify account:
Once you have done the base connection, you would have to install your Zonka Feedback application in your Shopify store. To install your app, do as follows:
Log on to your Shopify account.
Search for Zoho Survey in the Shopify App Store - https://apps.shopify.com/
Click Zonka Feedback app.
Click Add App.
Click Install app.
Your application gets installed.

Once your Shopify and Zonka Feedback accounts are connected, Enable the 'Send a feedback Email automatically' option.
You then have an option to choose to Send a Feedback email automatically based on the given conditions.
You can choose based on your preference, When an order is, either Confirmed or Fulfilled.

1. Confirmed - When an order is placed, it is Confirmed.
โ 2. Fulfilled - When you've shipped all the items in an order, it is Fulfilled.
Then you can choose when do you want to trigger the email, Send Surveys immediately an order is placed/fulfilled or after a delay of a specified time, Immediately or After 1 day or After 1 week or After 2 weeks or After 1 month or you can have your custom date range chosen.
For example, When a customer places his order on your website at 10:00amon 1st December, it gets created as an order in your Shopify account.
Immediately - The Email survey is immediately triggered at 10:00m on 1st December.
After 1 day - The email survey is triggered at 10:00m on 2nd December.
After 1 month - The email survey is triggered at 10:00m on 31st December.
Custom - The email survey is triggered after the set number of days.
Click on 'Save' and your automation has been successfully added.
Ignore Throttling
Shopify survey integration helps you to grow your online business and stay ahead in the e-commerce domain. It is good to send feedbacks to your customers and check their satisfaction level, but over-surveyed in a given period of time might happen to your repeat customers.
Throttling automatically ensures that the same person, identified by their email address or mobile number, isnโt sent a Zonka Feedback Survey more than once in a set time period.
When you enable, Ignore Throttling, Email surveys will be sent every time for repeat customers.
When you don't enable, Ignore Throttling, Email surveys will not be sent every time for repeat customers.
Track your Email surveys
Wondering if your customers have opened the survey links you sent them? In Zonka you can view a complete log of all the emails you have sent. Please follow the steps below to access the Email Logs:
Navigate to 'Manage.'
Click on the survey for which you want to see the email logs.
Select Distribute module from the top menu.
Choose 'Email' from the sub-menu.

Removing Shopify Integration
Anytime you want to remove the Shopify Integration, you can do so easily. Here's how.
Go to Surveys > Integrations > Shopify.
Scroll down to the bottom and click on the link 'Remove Integration'. The Integration would be removed.
You can connect your Shopify Account anytime later if you want to reconnect it.

Yes, you can connect to different Stores for the same Survey. However, at any given time only one of these would be connected and active. The remaining accounts are saved and would be inactive.
