Introduction

Our SSO Configuration enables you to manage Zonka Feedback's access from Okta enabling users to sign in using their Okta account details. Please follow this guide to configure Okta.

We support the following flows:

  • SP Initiated

  • IdP Initiated

Configuration Steps

In Okta

  1. As an admin user, go to the Okta administrator console

  2. Go to the Applications>Browse App Catalog

  3. Search for Zonka Feedback and click Add Application

  4. In General settings you can edit the display name of the service though we suggest that you keep it that way

  5. Click Done

  6. Click on More details in the settings and copy the following values for setup in Zonka Feedback

    1. Sign on URL

    2. Issuer

    3. Signing Certificate

In Zonka Feedback

Follow these steps to enable SSO for your account

  1. Login to your account as an Account Owner Administrator

  2. Navigate to Settings > Account > SSO

  3. Switch on toggle beside ‘Enable SSO'

  4. Select Okta as the SSO Provider

  5. Enter the following details under SSO Provider Information

  6. Click Save

Setting up Login Policy

  1. In Login Policy you can select either of the following based on your company's login policy

    1. Select All users must use SSO authentication if you want to enforce SSO for login for all users

    2. Select All users can login using SSO or account details if users can login using SSO or email and password
