Zonka Feedback's Zoom Integration enables you to measure feedback and satisfaction from customers and employees after a meeting or webinar.

With the Zonka Feedback and Zoom Integration, you can:

  • Trigger Surveys to participants after a Zoom Meeting

  • Trigger Surveys to participants after a Zoom Webinar

What do you need for this integration?

  • A Zonka Feedback Account - any plan

  • A Zoom Account - any plan


Installing: Setting up the Zoom Integration with Zonka Feedback

  • Choose a Survey from Survey List View and head to the Integrations tab from the top navigation.

  • Click on 'Connect' in Zoom

  • Next, you will see the Zoom Integrations Detail Page where you can click to 'Connect to Zoom' to connect your Zonka Feedback Account.

  • You’ll be redirected to Zoom. If you're not logged in, you will have to log in at this step.

  • Once logged in, you will see an Authorization Screen. Click on 'Allow' to give permission to Zonka Feedback to access your Zoom account.

  • You’ll be directed back to Zonka Feedback. Now you can enable Triggering Zonka Feedback Surveys for Zoom Meetings, Webinars and manage Throttling.


Trigger Email Surveys for Zoom Meeting Attendees (Post Meeting)

With the Zoom and Zonka Feedback Integration, you can trigger Email Surveys for Zoom Meeting Attendees post meeting to get real-time post meeting feedback from your attendees.

How to enable automated Email Surveys for Zoom Meeting Attendees?

  • Once you have connected your Zoom Account to your Zonka Feedback Account, go to Integrations within the Survey you'd like trigger as Email Survey

  • Choose Settings to manage the Zoom Integration Settings

  • Turn on 'Trigger Email Survey for Zoom Webinar Attendees'

  • Choose Time when you'd like to Email Survey to be sent after the meeting has ended. Choose from Immediately (after the meeting), After 1 Day, After 1 Week, After 2 Weeks, After 1 Month or set Custom Time.

  • Select the Meeting post which you'd like to trigger the Email Survey.

  • Choose Ignore Throttling if you'd like to ignore the Email Throttling Settings in your account. This is trigger Email Survey every time a meeting has ended to all the participants, irrespective of when they were last sent an Email Survey.

  • Click on Save once done.

With the Zoom and Zonka Feedback Integration, you can trigger Email Surveys for Zoom Webinar Attendees post webinar to get real-time post webinar feedback from your attendees.

How to enable automated Email Surveys for Zoom Webinar Attendees and Participants?

  • Once you have connected your Zoom Account to your Zonka Feedback Account, go to Integrations within the Survey you'd like trigger as Email Survey

  • Choose Settings to manage the Zoom Integration Settings

  • Turn on 'Trigger Email Survey for Zoom Webinar Attendees'

  • Choose Time when you'd like to Email Survey to be sent after the webinar has ended. Choose from Immediately (after the webinar has ended), After 1 Day, After 1 Week, After 2 Weeks, After 1 Month or set Custom Time.

  • Select the Webinar post which you'd like to trigger the Email Survey.

  • Choose Ignore Throttling if you'd like to ignore the Email Throttling Settings in your account. This is trigger Email Survey every time a webinar has ended to all the participants, irrespective of when they were last sent an Email Survey.

  • Click on Save once done.


Uninstalling - Removing Zoom Integration

Anytime you want to remove the Zoom Integration, you can do so easily. Here's how.

  • Go to Surveys > Integrations > Zoom

  • Scroll down to the bottom and click on the link 'Remove Integration'. The Integration would be removed.

You can connect your Zoom Account anytime later if you want to reconnect it.


FAQs: Zoom integration with Zonka Feedback

Can I trigger different Email Surveys from Zonka Feedback for different Zoom Meetings and Webinars?

Yes. You will notice that the Integrations tab is inside the Survey and not globally available in your Zonka Feedback interface.

With the Zoom integration, you can send different Email Surveys for different Zoom Meetings/Webinars, and even different Zoom Accounts.

This gives you full control over how your Zoom Integration works for different Surveys and Meetings.

Can I connect multiple Zoom accounts to my Zonka Feedback Account?

Yes, you can connect multiple Zoom accounts in your Zonka Feedback Account.
