In Zonka Feedback, resetting password becomes easy in case you have forgotten yours related to the account.
To reset password, follow these steps.
Go to the login page here
Click on Forgot Password? link
Once you click on the option you enter the page where you are asked to fill up your registered email address. Enter the email address and click on Get Instructions
You get the the instructions in your email to reset your password
Click on the reset password link and get redirected to the website where you can set the new password
Note : To ensure secure access, the password reset link expires after 24 hours. Please follow the steps to reset your Zonka Password again.
