Tasks can be of different types - like Call, Meeting, Email, To Do and so on. In Zonka Feedback, while you're adding Tasks, you can also define the Type of Task you're adding and assigning to yourself or other Users. Task Types help in quickly definitely what needs to be executed in the Task and help in segregating and managing Tasks better.

Besides the Default Task Types, you can add more Task Types in your account. These will be available to you for all surveys and will be displayed every time you add a new Task.
