The literal meaning of Archive means to place or store documents for use in the future. In Zonka Feedback, Archiving a Response means that you are removing the response from immediate viewing but keeping it in your account for viewing later.

For instance, let’s say you have a set of Responses which you don’t want to view in your Response Inbox and don't want to delete as well. You can select those Responses and Archive them.

Archive a Response

To Archive a Response, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Response Inbox in the left side bar.

  2. Click on '' on the left hand side of the Response and from the drop down select Archive. The Response will be Archived.

Viewing Archived Responses

To view Archived Responses, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Response Inbox in the left side bar.

  2. Click on Archived Tab below the Search & Filters. You will see all the Archived Responses there.

Unarchiving a Response

Archived Responses can also be Unarchived anytime to bring them back to the Response Inbox under All.

To Unarchive a Response, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Response Inbox in the left side bar.

  2. Click on '' on the left hand side of the Response and from the drop down select Unarchive. The Response will be Archived and will be viewable in the Response Inbox.

What happens when you Archive a Response?

When you Archive a Response, the Response gets removed from All Responses in the Response Inbox and is viewable in the Archived List only. Archived Responses are calculated in Reports and affect the Score and Data.

To completely remove a Response from your account and not include it's Score in the Reports, you can Delete the Response.
