Every account that gets created is secured with a password for privacy. There are times when a password needs to be changed or the User might have forgotten it and is currently unable to reset their password. In your Zonka Feedback Account, as an Admin, you can send a request for Resetting User Password for a User. 

To reset the password for a User, follow these steps. 

  1. Navigate to Users (Manage > Users)
  2. Search and hover to the User from whom you'd like to send a Reset Password request. Click on (  )  and from the drop down click on Reset Password.
  3. In the pop up, confirm the action. An email to reset the password will be sent to the User email address.
