Device Users are Users that only can log into the Zonka Feedback Apps on Devices (Android and iOS) to take feedback and manage Devices. They can't log into the Web Dashboard and thereafter can't see Dashboard, Responses, and Reports.

Why use Device Users?

A lot of business have on ground staff that needs to manage the Feedback Devices and Kiosks. These staff members may not always need to have access to the Web Dashboard to view and manage feedbacks and take action. So, Zonka Feedback gives you the ability to add Users that can log into only the Device Apps on iPads, iPhones, Android Tablets and Smartphones and take feedback.

You can add unlimited Device Users in your Zonka Feedback account, irrespective of which plan you're on.

 Adding a Device User

To add a new Device User, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to Users (Manage > Users) from the left side bar.

  2. Click on the drop down next to Add User button and select Add Device User.

  3. In the pop up, add Email Addresses and choose a Password for the Device Users you'd like to add.

  4. Click on Add to add the Device Users.

Unlike while adding other users to your Zonka Feedback account, Device Users don't get an invite and instead get added directly to the account. Once added, they are sent an email with their log in details. They can use these details to log into the iOS and Android Zonka Feedback Apps.

Deleting a Device User

Just like adding Device Users, you can also Delete Device Users from your Zonka Feedback Account. When you delete a user, the User will no longer be able to access his account.

To delete a Device User, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to Users (Manage > Users) from the left side bar.

  2. Search and select the Device Users you'd like to delete from your account.

  3. Delete button will appear below the search bar on the top of the Users table. Click on the Delete button, confirm the action on the pop up and the Device Users will be deleted.
