Text Analytics Report in Zonka Feedback helps you to fetch the unstructured text data into meaningful data for analysis purposes. It is a methodology of understanding the maximum used words or how often a word is used. You find the number of responses for a corresponding word and their respective CX scores - Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction Score and Customer Effort Score. 

The Text Analytics report is generated on the basis of the Comments question of the Survey. All Surveys that have a Comments question will have a Text Analytics Report. 

Note: Text Analytics report works for Multilingual Surveys as well. 

What does the Text Analytics Report contain?

The Text Analytics Reports contains Word Cloud and Word Count Table. Let's understand them better below. 

Word Cloud

A Word Cloud is an image made of words that together resemble a cloudy shape. It shows the words that are frequently used. The beautifully-looking cloud makes you see the text analysis in a smart and quick way. The highest used words are varied based on the color and size. The size of the word shows how often it was repeated. 

Word Count Table

The Word Cloud Table displays all the words that were repeated, their frequency of occurrence in comments, frequency of occurrence in Responses and their corresponding NPS, CES and CSAT Scores.
