Deleting a Contact
Occasionally, you may need to remove some of the unnecessary Contacts from your account. Zonka Feedback enables you to Delete Contacts from your account. You can delete a single contact or multiple contacts together.
Deleting a Contact
Navigate to Contacts (Manage > Contacts) from left side bar.
Search and select all the Contacts you would like to delete.
The button Delete will appear below the search box, on top of the table. Click on the Delete button, confirm the action on the confirmation pop up and your selected Contacts will be deleted.
Note: The Responses submitted by the Contact do not get deleted when you delete a Contact. You would have to delete the Responses separately.
