Starting your Free Trial

It's super simple to create your account with Zonka Feedback.

To create your Zonka Feedback account, follow these steps.

  1. Go to Zonka Feedback's Free Trial Sign Up page

  2. Fill up the short form with your Name, Email Address, Company Name and choose a Password.

  3. You can also choose the data center/server where you want your data to be stored. We offer Regional Data Hosting in both the US and EU regions, ensuring compliance with your data storage preferences and regulations.

  4. Once done, your account will be created and you will be able to use Zonka Feedback's Free Trial for 14 days.

  1. Is the trial period has all the premium features?

    Yes!
    You can start your free trial immediately and gain access to all the premium features available in our Growth and Enterprise plans.

    This allows you to explore and experience the full range of capabilities before making a decision to purchase.


  2. Are there any limitations during the trial period?

    No.
    You can explore all the premium features, invite your team members, and collect upto 50 responses! Visit our Integrations section to discover seamless integration possibilities with the tools you may already be using.


  3. Can I upgrade my plan during the trial?

    Certainly!
    You can definitely upgrade your plan anytime during your free trial. Simply choose the plan you'd like to upgrade to, and upon purchase, you'll immediately gain access to the upgraded features.


  4. What happens if I don't cancel my free trial?

    If you haven’t canceled your free trial, you account will expire after 14 days, and you won’t be able to access it anymore. To regain access, you'll need to upgrade it to any paid plan or reach out to our customer service representative team.


  5. How will I be notified about the trial status and expiration date?

    When you start a trial, we’ll send you an email immediately with details of your trial program. We’ll also send you an email notice 2 days before your trial ends.

    Furthermore, at the top of your dashboard, we’ll display how many days are left in your trial experience.


  6. What if I am mistakenly charged at the end of my trial?

    Heaven forbid this should ever happen! You should never be charged for a trial!

    When you sign up for a free trial, we don't ask for any card details initially. You can simply sign up with your name and email address to start your free trial. Therefore, there's no way of being charged at the end of your trial period.


  7. Can I do multiple trials?

    No!
    Each email address can only initiate one free trial. However, if you feel you didn't have a chance to fully explore the platform's features during your trial, you can always reach out to our customer service representatives, and we'll help you sort out.
