The Zonka Feedback allows you to view your response at ease and take immediate action—reviewing, reporting, sharing, alerting team members, and leveraging your customer-centric “close-the-loop” activities.

To view your responses, please follow the steps below,

  1. Log into your Zonka Feedback account.

  2. Navigate to Manage > Surveys

  3. Go to Inbox from the menu above or click here.

  4. Select the required time period.

  5. To view your responses that were from your devices, click on '+ Add Filter' and select Filter by devices.

Note - You can view all your responses from the Zonka Feedback web login and not directly from the App itself.
