  3. Click on the + Add Email button.

  4. Enter the name and email address you wish to add and click "Save" to add the email to your list.

  5. A verification link will be sent to the newly added email address.

  6. Open the verification email and click on the link to verify the address.

  7. The email will appear as Verified in the Sender Email list once the verification is complete.


Setting a Default Email Address for Surveys

In Zonka Feedback, you can set one of your verified email addresses as the default sender for your surveys:

  1. In the Sender Email section, locate the email address you wish to set as the default.

  2. Click on the Default button next to the email address. This email will now be used by default when sending surveys.
