Zonka Feedback is a Customer Feedback Management Software that allows businesses to collect and analyze feedback from their customers. It also has the capability of conducting location-based surveys, which means you can conduct surveys at all locations and determine where the responses are coming from. You can also target your surveys to specific locations and see location-based responses and reports.

With location-based surveys, you can gather feedback from customers at specific branches or stores, allowing you to see how each location is performing. This can be useful for identifying trends or differences in customer satisfaction and experience across different locations. You can also use location-based surveys to gather feedback on specific products or services offered at a particular location.

To conduct a location-based survey in Zonka Feedback, you need to first create your survey and then assign it to specific locations. You can assign the survey to one or multiple locations, and choose to have it displayed on a tablet, mobile device or web link. Once the survey is live, customers can provide their feedback at the location. The data collected from the survey is then available for analysis in real-time, allowing you to make informed decisions based on the feedback received.

Features of Locations in Zonka Feedback

  • Surveys across all Locations
You can add the same survey across all locations. For example, if you're running a pizza chain and want to get feedback from all your locations. • Location-based User Access
All non-admin users can be assigned specific locations so they can view responses and reports for their specific locations only.

  • Location-based Reports
View Responses and Reports specific to locations for the surveys.

Location Labels

Location Labels are a way to categorize and label different locations in a business, such as branches, stores, or offices. The purpose of location labels is to provide a way to group and categorize locations based on specific criteria, such as geographic region, product offerings, or type of store.

For example, a business with multiple locations may use location labels to differentiate between its retail stores, service centers, and distribution centers. This allows the business to easily identify and track performance data for each type of location, and to make comparisons between different types of locations.

In Zonka Feedback, location labels can be used in conjunction with location-based surveys to target surveys to specific locations, or to filter and analyze feedback based on the location label. Location labels are a useful tool for organizing and categorizing locations in a business, allowing for more targeted and effective feedback collection and analysis.
