How to download Reports in Zonka Feedback?
Reports can be downloaded from Zonka Feedback Web Dashboard with a few easy steps. Once downloaded, the Report will be available to you offline on your computer for quick access.
Note: Reports are downloaded in PDF Format.
Download a Report
Navigate to Surveys (Manage > Surveys) and select the Survey you'd like to Download the Report for.
Once inside the Survey, go to Analytics and choose the Report from the top navigation. Choose from Snapshot, Insights (Responses, Locations, Device Users), Trends, Text or Tags.
Click on Actions drop down from the top right hand corner and select Download PDF from the drop down. Your report will get downloaded in the PDF format.
