Contacts in Zonka Feedback are a list of people who have given feedback or whom you can invite for distributing surveys and collecting feedback from them. In Contacts you can store properties and information about Contacts as Contact Attributes.
To edit a Contact Attributes, follow these steps.
Navigate to Contacts (Manage > Contacts)
Search the Contact you'd like to edit and click on the Contact Name. The Contact Profile will open up.
In the Contact Profile, on the left hand side, you will see all the Contact Attributes that can be Edited.
Note: Only Account Admins can edit the Contacts and their Attributes. (Learn more about user and their roles)
