Track your WhatsApp Surveys and view their effectiveness with WhatsApp Survey Logs

Are you curious about whether your contacts have opened the survey links you sent them? In Zonka Feedback, you can easily view a complete log of all the WhatsApp surveys you have sent. Each WhatsApp survey is sent with a unique Survey Invitation Link that includes a tracking code, allowing you to track various activities corresponding to each specific contact.

To access the WhatsApp Logs in Zonka Feedback

  1. Select the survey for which you want to view the logs.

  2. From the top menu, choose the 'Distribute' module.

  3. From the sub-menu, select 'SMS & WhatsApp'.

  4. At the bottom, you will find the 'View WhatsApp Logs' option.

Alternatively,

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to WhatsApp Surveys

For each WhatsApp survey sent from Zonka Feedback, there is a corresponding tracking log that includes the following information.

  • Mobile Number: The mobile number to which you sent the survey.

  • Sent Date and Time: The date and time the message was sent.

  • Survey Opened: The date and time the survey was opened.

  • Responded: The date and time the respondent submitted their response.

If you need more stats for your business reports on the effectiveness of your campaigns, check out the 'Summary' tab, which provides the following information.

  • Month: The month and year the WhatsApp message was sent.

  • Sent: The number of SMS sent during that month.

  • Survey Opened: The number of times the survey was opened, out of the messages sent.

  • Open Rate: The open rate percentage of the survey.

  • Responded: The number of times the survey was responded to, out of the messages sent.

  • Response Rate: The response rate percentage of the survey.
